Remove the fog from your mind! Sit down and take care of stuff and it will be done! The things you have to do are only a big nuisance as long as you're not dong them, only problems as long as you refuse to face them. The more you avoid things, the thicker and heavier the fog in your mind is. Yes some of them point to large painful difficult issues that you don't know how to resolve or when they'll be resolved, but even so a lot of that is only because you're not doing anything about them, just cowering from the shadows.
They're not so insubstantial that they'll disappear if ignored, but they're only substantial because you give them substance.
Oh, and get up in the morning and make some decent meals earlier in the evening. Sheesh.
